| About A Slice of New York 2007 BEST OF SILICON VALLEY
Best New Restaurant
Started by a former Silicon Valley techie, A Slice of New York brings more than just a slice of the Big Apple to the South Bay. It's the whole pie. There's great thin-crust pizza, of course, as well as calzones, strombolis and meatball sandwiches. All the NYC memorabilia adds to the appeal of this one-of-a-kind place.

Best Pizza
This no-nonsense pizza joint does everything right: The crust is thin and crisp with just enough chewiness in the right places. The tomato sauce is tart and flavorful and applied with restraint and the rich, chewy mozzarella cheese ties it all togther. You gotta also like that they post pictures of banned customers. No pizza for you!
