Michael Yarne is a resident of the Mission, a former Peace Corps volunteer (Niger, '93 - '96), a recovering attorney, a devout yogi, and a proponent of green urbanism. He is currently testing his idealism in a new job at the Mayor's Office focused on reforming the planning and development process in San Francisco.
