Description
Simply put, the Best of PlayGround Festival is an eclectic evening of the seven best short plays out of the 36 total written and performed throughout the Monday Night PlayGround season. Even more simply put, it's the best short plays by the Bay Area's best emerging playwrights. Even more--yes more--simply put, it's a kick-ass ride. The SF Chronicle sums it up best: "It's not just the playwrights who get a rush out of PlayGround."

In addition to the festival of shorts, readings of full-length commissioned works are scheduled throughout the 3-week period.
