Cañada College is a unique community college. Because it is one of the smallest community colleges in the Bay Area we are more like a private college. Our class sizes are small and our faculty has one mission – to help you achieve your academic goals. You won't find yourself in a large lecture hall being taught by a graduate student. Many members of our faculty have earned Ph.D.'s and they enjoy mentoring students. That's one reason we are historically one of Northern California's best community colleges when it comes to transferring students to four-year schools.
