There's a lively, hip new dining experience in the beautiful Carmel Valley! Dine under the stars in the bistro-style Chez Julien this one night of the year. Peruse the Great Hall wine bar while your table is set for a pre-fixe dining extraordinaire. Lavish dessert complete the evening in the cellar with the Winemaker. The choice of two seatings are offered. Sunset Seating at 5:30pm and Moonlight seating at 7:30pm. $100 per person
