The First Annual Food and Wine event has replaced the "Masters of Food and Wine" originally hosted here in Big Sur, now being held at the fabulous 'Inn at Spanish Bay' resort in Pebble Beach and is focused on 50 of the world's top chefs and more than 200 wineries. Unique experiences for wine and food tasting, dinners and seminars that rival any event in the US. Sponsors by an unbelieveable list of top wineries and top chefs from around the globe. Just some of the names are: Mark Ayers, Tom Colicchio, Gary Danko, Todd English, Gérard Boyer, Thomas Keller, Mark Miller, Alain Passard, Jacques Pépin, Charles Phan, Michel Richard, Charlie Trotter, Susan Spicer, Roy Yamaguchi and many more. The top wineries listed are Château Margaux, Harlan, Screaming Eagle, Opus One, Plumpjack, Shafer Vineyards, Silver Oak, Pisoni, Veuve Clicquot, Ponsardin to name a few. A must for the gourmand or wine afficiando as this is the first annual one of its kind and it is sure to sell out as has the Masters event in the past. |
