Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is hosting top culinary talent from NYC’s Italian eatery, Insieme for an exclusive series of events from February February 21-24. Recently voted one of the top restaurants of 2007 by the New York Times, Insieme chefs and award-winning sommelier will dazzle the palates of Peninsula residents with their Old World and New World Italian culinary skills.

On Friday, February 22nd, guests can enjoy:

- A Wine Tasting and Seminar with Sommelier Paul Grieco from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Guests will be guided through an Italian wine tasting by the award-winning sommelier and learn the differences between New world vs. Old world Italian wines. Price is $30 per person.

- Dinner includes two set menus offerings showcasing traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques.
