Description
Whether you know him best as the former host of E! Television's “Talk Soup,” the boyish Michael on Showtime's “Queer as Folk,” or as the bubble-wrap wearing cult leader desperately seeking the "continuum transfunctioner" in “Dude, Where's My Car,” comedian and actor Hal Sparks has been cracking up film and television viewers since his feature debut in the 1989 cult classic “Chopper Chicks in Zombietown.”

Sparks' role on the popular Showtime drama “Queer as Folk” proved that he was more than just a talking head, and the ambitious actor not only began getting more feature roles in other films like “Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star,” but also on such popular television series as “Frasier,” “CSI,” & VH1’s “I Love the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s.” He has also had supporting roles in “Spider-Man 2” and “Lightening Bug,” and provided the voices for two animal characters in the 20th Century Fox film "Dr. Dolittle 2." Sparks released an album with his band Zero 1 in late 2004 and even sang on “Celebrity Duets” last year, receiving rave reviews. Hal’s most recent work is for the new animated series “Tak And the Power of Juju,” which follows the title character named Tak who must protect the Pupanunu people from Tlaloc's evil spell!
