Description
Prioritize your health in the new year! This 8 week course explores many aspects of China’s 2,000+ year history of herbal medicine, including the development of different schools of thought still practiced today, the art of synergistic herb combining, cooking with herbs, cultivation, endangered species & modern research. At the end of the course, students will participate in a potluck of medicinal food.
