Since Kimball's East opened its doors in 1989, it has been the hallmark of music presentation for the Bay Area in a splendid supper club setting. It has hosted such musical luminaries as Dizzy Gillespie, Max Roach, Stanley Turrentine, Herbie Hancock, Bobby Blue Bland, Maceo Parker, Nancy Wilson, Peabo Bryson and Eartha Kitt, to name just a very few. Kimball's East continues to stage exceptional performance events in the jazz, R&B, soul and blues mediums. Kimball's East regularly features headliners on a weekly basis with engagements ranging from two to four days depending on the artist. We also present special one night shows. Our facility is available for corporate/private events as well.

This elegant, multi-tiered room with its relaxed ambience can accommodate a group of up to 385 people. All seats in the club offer an excellent vantage point of the stage. The rear, tiered section of the auditorium is comprised of comfortable booths and tables and chairs.
