Description

This March it has been 40 years since Jim Bronson crossed the Bixby Creek Bridge in the 1969 hit TV series "Then Came Bronson". The show stared actor Michael Parks as Jim Bronson. The Bixby Creek bridge was in the opening sequence of each of the 26 episodes that aired from March 24, 1969 thru April 1970. Several episodes were filmed on location in Pacific Grove. On March 21 from Noon till 3 P.M. a select group of
motorcyclist will display their Jim Bronson Harley Davidson replica bikes at the bridge. The bikes are vintage 1969 and 1970 models restored to look like the bike Michael Parks rode each week on TV. All motorcyclists and the general public are invited to attend the 40th Anniversary of Then Came Bronson to ride across the bridge one more time after 40 years.
