Despite the name, Tokyo Decadence was actually conceived in Shanghai, China in the lounge on the 144th Floor of the Jet Li building. Realizing a love for depravity, Jagermeister, and a loud night out, Austrian-born Felix Bergman decided to create the ultimate exercise in excess: Tokyo Decadence.
