Valley Credit Union is a full-service financial institution based in San Jose, California. Originally chartered to serve people working in the telecommunications industry, Valley Credit Union now serves more than 300 employer groups throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
 
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works or worships in Santa Clara, Alameda or Contra Costa counties. Five financial centers are located in San Jose, Santa Clara and Emeryville.
 
Valley Credit Union offers an array of financial services, from free checking, savings accounts for children, liquid Money Market accounts and high-yield certificates to IRAs and Brokerage Services. All Valley Credit Union accounts are insured up to $250,000. Other financial services include Auto Loans, Mortgage Loans and Home Equity Loans.
 
A large network of ATMs serves Valley Credit Union members. Money can be withdrawn without a service fee at the Citibank ATMs located in all 7-11 stores. Valley Credit Union now offers a mobile banking service that will allow members to mange their finances and bank around the clock from virtually any location. Valley Mobile, a downloadable program that resides directly on a member's cell phone or mobile device, offers 24/7 access. With Valley Mobile, there is no need for a browser or WAP connectivity.
