Company C Contemporary Ballet presents the world premiere of Twyla Tharp’s Armenia. Set to six traditional Armenian folk dances compiled by Vardapet Komitas, Tharp’s new duet features challenging ballet technique and difficult partnering as well as Tharp’s trademark humor and off-beat timing.
