An Installation by Jessica Serran exploring ideas of Place, Purpose and Possibility

You Could Go Anywhere -- a room-sized installation, by Jessica Serran, is filled with deflated balloons, piles of flour, found objects, and drawings of over 160 countries. Serran’s work is confronting the dizzying array of possibilities that globalization, the internet and the adage “anything’s possible” presents. Responding to these, the installation tackles the questions of where to go and how one decides, while pondering more philosophical questions about purpose, presence and place.
