We are officially open now for Carmel winetasting and 2 weeks away from launching our e-commerce web site programmed and designed by SunStar Media www.sunstarmedia.com. The site will offer our library of wines and sprits for ordering through the web. There will be no charge for delivery to local areas of Monterey County. We have teamed up with Franmara of Salinas, a wholesale wine accessories company www.franmara.com, and will be offering an abundance of their products. Also look for gift baskets, gift cards, fine cigars, wine glasses by Riedel, specialty beers, specialty foods, wine club, and more. We will grow with the site in time. I will email you the link to the site when it is up in running. FOR THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE, March 12 we will be hosting an exclusive wine tasting event at Pasadera. As many of you may know, we have been hosting 4 tastings a year for the past 2 years (wine, tequila, vodka, champagne). We have had great reception from all who have attended. The tasting events have gone from the top of Piatti's patio in Carmel of 75 people, to La Playa, Mission Ranch, of over 300 + attendee, not to mention a wonderful event we did with Wilkes Bashford www.wilkesbashford.com in Carmel last November.

The tasting March 12 will feature 60 different wineries from Monterey County, Napa, Sonoma, and a selection of imported wines. For all you wine lovers this will be the time to re-stock your wine cellar. We are offering 20% off purchases for this event only. We will have big names such as Caymus, Stags Leap Wine Cellars, Robert Mondavi Reserve, Jordan, Joseph Phelps, and many excellent local wines. Chef Ernie Andres of Pasaders Country Club will be serving passed hors d'oeurves of Winter Mushroom Crostini, Ahi Tuna Poki, Pork Cordon Bleu Roulade, New York Steak Skewers, just to name a few of the goodies Chef Andreas will be cooking that evening, mmmmmm yummy. The cost to attend the event is $30 per person. For the Wine, Food, Entertainment, Company, this is one of the best valued evenings you'll experience. Space is limited.
