Catch A Dream: A Musical Yoga Workshop for Families

Join musician extraordinaire, Suasanne Stauss, and Next Generation Yoga teacher, Amy Rider King, for a heart-opening family workshop celebrating Native American culture! Family yoga will be accompanied with live song, storytelling, and the sublime sound of the Native American Flute.

Create your own dreamcatcher, then take a yoga adventure to harvest acorns, row a canoe, crawl through a cave of petroglyphs, and restore your connection to Mother Earth as we rest in savasana under the ancient night sky. For children 3-8 years old with parent or caregiver.
