This spectacular dinner paired with rare wines directly from the cellars feature Brice de la Morandiere of Domaine Leflaive, Jean Garandeau of Chateau Latour, Alessandro Lunardi of Masseto, Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger of Champagne Taittinger and Taylor Fladgate. Wines to be poured include older vintages from Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, Chateau Latour 1990 en Magnum, Masseto 1997 en Magnum, and the incredibly rare 1996 Montrachet from Domaine Leflaive en Magnum. Finishing the wines for the evening will be mature vintage port from Taylor Fladgate.

The ten course dinner will be prepared by an all-star lineup of Relais & Châteaux Chefs. This year Justin Cogley and Ron Mendoza of Aubergine host Michelin 3 star chefs David Kinch of Manresa, Joshua Skenes of Saison, and Michel Troisgois of Troisgois. This extremely limited seating dinner will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience not to be missed by the connoisseur.
