The premium and artisan chocolate show for the Monterey and Carmel area takes place at the Monterey CHOCOLATE SALON. Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of California's coastal regions.

The Monterey CHOCOLATE SALON participants include 20 chocolatiers, confectioners, wineries and other culinary artisans. Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, wine tasting and ongoing interviews by TasteTV's Chocolate Television program. (Salon Entry includes all chocolate & confection tastings, etc.).
