Fishing Families

A celebration of a year-long gathering of stories and mementos of the Fishing Families that made Monterey famous. The industry had a great impact on the families and future generations of Italian and descendants of the multicultural fishing pioneers. This exhibit will celebrate culture, religion and food and explore the questions asked in earlier exhibits, how can the fishing industry continue today and how we can responsibly eat fish and enjoy the catch of the sea?
