The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa located at 1 Old Golf Course Road in Monterey a special Valentine’s Day Celebration at TusCA Ristorante. There is a special TusCA Ristorante dinner menu made just for 2 – reservations required. The dinner will be available Saturday, February 13th from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Reservations call 831.657.6675 or can be made through opentable.com (TusCA will be closed Sunday, February 14th)
After dinner, celebrate this special night with live jazz in the Fireplace Lounge. There will be dancing while you sip your favorite beverage by our huge fireplace. Live music begins at 7:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday only.

Valentine’s Day Menu $65 per person plus tax and gratuity
The evening special one day menu begins with a glass of sparkling wine.
Amuse
•Warm slow poached Verlasso salmon- crème fraiche, caviar, and nasturtium
First Course
•Salad of Mixed Greens, raspberries, almonds, goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette
•Roasted winter squash soup, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin oil
•Blue cheese and caramelized onion tart, friseé, bacon crumble, sherry vinegar
Entrée
•Seared Filet with lobster and mushroom ragout, roasted new potatoes, fried Brussels sprouts
•Seared Grouper with Saffron risotto, smoked chorizo- shrimp broth, asparagus
•Half Mary’s chicken- roasted breast, braised leg, winter succotash, Nueske’s bacon
•Sweet potato ravioli, toasted pecans, wilted kale, spiced vegetable broth
Dessert Trio
•Chocolate cups with port wine mousse, rose petals
•Poached Comice pear filled with almond cream
•Strawberry panna cotta, minted crème anglaise

•A blend of St. Germain liqueur, white zinfandel wine, fresh lemon juice topped with club soda
