Everything old is new again – even such time-honored Italian classics as spaghetti, meatballs and pizza. We've asked some of our favorite masters of Italian cuisine to reinterpret the classics in the modern setting of Pebble Beach's Pèppoli restaurant. Chefs Paul Bartolotta (The Bartolotta Restaurants), Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia / Bar Toma, Chicago) and Angela Tamura (Pèppoli, Pebble Beach) promise to reignite and reimagine some of your favorite Italian classics.
